5.MISCELLANEOUS (a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof. (b) You agree that any dispute relating to your use of the H&F Website and/or H&F Service shall be governed by the Indian Law only without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws thereof, and courts at Bangalore alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes between the parties; (c) If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remainder of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
